Gambling tensions continue (The Times-Journal)

Sen. Lowell Barron, D-Fyffe, Tuesday called for a statewide vote on gambling as tensions over the issue increased in Montgomery. “It needs to be settled once and for all,” Barron said during a news conference. “We need to pass legislation putting this issue out to voters.
